This apartment has a full range of Smart Home control features by means of iPad, LCD touchscreens, and wall button panels. The owner at home or anywhere in the world can control lighting, blinds, temperature in all rooms, turn on/off heating. He can also view the surveillance cameras content, and control the AV equipment.

Domintell controls lighting automation: switching and brightness can be changed through the program using the slider or wall switches in the form of modern LCD or touchscreens. In addition, one can open/close blinds and curtains in both manual and scheduled way, plus Smartglass transparency level can be adjusted freely. Also, not getting up from the chair one can turn on Bio Fireplace, adjust the flame, and monitor the fuel level.

Domintell's own GSM module would promptly notify owners about emergency situations, such as leakage of water, and take appropriate action - blocking the water valve etc.

Ventilation devices are controlled via Modbus TCP protocol with full feedback. Separate zones of climate control include air conditioners by Daikin, radiators and underfloor heating – all of which allow you to change the temperature.

Surveillance cameras with video recording function Motion allow you to monitor the apartment via the Internet.

Swivel TV mounts allow for setting a comfortable viewing angle.

Particular attention was paid to the selection, installation and configuration of equipment for the 10GB internal computer network – which is the key to a stable operation of home control systems. Stable WiFi network coverage allows you to watch HD channels and listen to music anywhere in the apartment without breaks and interruptions.

Sonos Multiroom Audio System allows you to listen to the 100,000 radio stations, and play media files from your home network drive or directly from a smartphone or a tablet gadget.

The visual interface uses management software system by iRidiummobile, which is installed on iPad and iPhone smartphones.
