Centralized control of lighting and different types of motorized rolling shutters, control and data acquisition on the state of the leaks sensors and wind sensors are implemented on the automation of Domintell. When wind gusts exceed 15 m/s the automation closes the outer fabric roller blinds, preventing the possibility of damage.

The video sources, stored in the server-room, are switched through the matrix videoswitch and HD video signal is transmitted to television sets through the Cat6 wire. This scheme allows to transfer HD video without quality loss to up to 100 m and to minimize the amount of equipment in the residential areas.

The video surveillance system employs IP cameras, which provide excellent image quality and ease of browsing using smart phones, tablet computers from anywhere in the world.

Particular attention was paid to the selection, installation and configuration of computer network equipment – it is the key to the success of the stable operation of the controlling system of the house.

To control lighting, roller blinds and A/V equipment, iPad visual interface is used via the i2Control application – a unique development by iRidiummobile Ltd.
