With the renovation of the villa a full range of Smart Home control capabilities have been installed. An iPad with a pre-installed iRidiummobile application and LCD touchscreens are used for controlling Smart Home devices. The owner, at home or outside, can control lighting, blinds, temperature, power on /off heating, view the IP cameras' video, and the AV equipment using the iRidium application.

The Domintell automation can control lighting, heating, blinds and drive rolls. In the event of an emergency GSM module of Domintell will promptly notify owners via SMS to minimize damage. Light and its brightness can be changed in the application using the slider or modern LCD touch-panels. In addition to lighting, blinds, curtains can be controlled both via LCD panels and on schedule by means of dusk/dawn sensor located on the terrace.

Also, the project has an integrated IP-Intercom system - a unique combination of beautiful appearance and a wide range of options. Not only for the basic tasks of making a call from the panel and opening the lock, but also many new features: remote monitoring of the building and controlling access to premises. Moreover, call forwarding to the mobile phone, integration into the "smart home" technology, as well as the opening and closing of locks by means of mobile phones and gadgets. Such devices transmit data in digital form from the local network or the Internet network, which considerably improves the quality and speed of operation.
Air-conditioning and ventilation equipment are controlled via Modbus TCP protocol with full feedback. Splitting climate control zones and air conditioning, radiators and underfloor, allows to change the temperature according to the preferences of the master or his guests.

Surveillance cameras with video recording function are activated by movement and allow you to view the archived content remotely.
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the internal network and effective data protection, CISCO equipment was used – it's a success of the stable operation of home control systems. Consistent Wi-Fi networkcoverage allows you to watch HD channels and listen to music anywhere in the apartment without breaks and interruptions.
