This project includes the implementation of monitoring and control capabilities for lighting, curtain and blind drives, climate control, ventilation and air conditioning systems, gates, fireplace, and other equipment (such as a jacuzzi, water treatment system, generator, etc.). To control lighting, gates and doors, curtain and blind drives, heating system, as well as temperature and humidity sensors for the parquet flooring, the Domintell automation system is used. Domintell is also responsible for promptly notifying homeowners of emergency situations in the house, such as water leaks, power outages, switching to back up power, etc.

For monitoring and control of the ventilation and air conditioning system, equipment from various manufacturers working on the Modbus protocol is used.

The IP intercom 2N system allows for video communication with visitors, even if you are far from home. Tablet devices and smartphones are used as reception panels.

The system will notify the owners via push notifications or SMS that it's time to check the mailbox and collect the mail.

And of course, monitoring and control of the home's engineering communications is possible from anywhere in the world.
